Who We Are
Keep your home or office comfortable with the HVAC services from Southcoast Heating & Air Conditioning in Vista, CA. As a heating and air conditioning contractor we handle projects on a turnkey basis for residential customers, so none of the work has to be subcontracted. We also offer financing to residential customers. Our design-build services are for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
Design-Build
Southcoast Heating & Air Conditioning can look at your HVAC requirements for a room, a home, an office suite, or a building and help you get the system you need. These systems will then be approved through a licensed professional mechanical engineer, installed, and maintained by Southcoast Heating & Air Conditioning. We maintain a C-20 (HVAC) license so we can assure you of professional installations.
Energy Management
You may need a system that keeps a room at a specific temperature or humidity or your needs may not be that complicated. Whatever it is, we'll help you to determine what systems and controls are most appropriate. We'll do all the blueprints and pull the permits for you too.
Sheet Metal
Ventilation systems and ductwork can be designed and custom built to your specifications, including sheet metal for air conditioning, heating, and other ventilation systems. We can also build exhaust systems, custom build hoods such as laminar flow, canopies, and other types of applications
Rapid Repair
Call us for rapid repair of heating, ventilation, cooling, and humidification components at very competitive rates. Our full-time dispatchers can send a crew out to you 24 hours a day for emergency repairs, and all of our repairs come with a warranty on parts and labor.
Additional Services
We offer turnkey installation and service of chillers, package units, built-ups, towers, and evaporative condensers. Our ventilation services include design and installation of custom systems including de-greasers, garage exhaust systems, shop exhaust, and biochemical hoods. We can service clean rooms, charcoal systems, and medical outpatient facilities. For our refrigerant recovery systems we use EPA-approved equipment and certified technicians.

The owner of the house we're renting sent imcomptent people to install AC. He sent different incompetent people to fix issues created by the installers, creating worse issues. Looking for people to do AC repair ourselves we were stood up by two different service people, probably because of how bad our setup was. Southcoast was the exact opposite. They told us who would be showing up and when. The technician, Steve, called ahead and was punctual. He inspected our system and everything he said was consistent with our observations. He made what improvements he could while not having an important replacement part. As he was obtaining the part he kept clear and consistent communication with about the current state. When he knew he would have the needed part he scheduled his second visit. That day he called ahead again and arrived exactly as expected. His repair work went exactly as stated, no surprises. I'm completely satisfied with the work that was done and thrilled with the professionalism and customer care.
